Blog chutzpah ?!

Well guess who? Hoodspa, Bravura, call it what you like; chutzpah is alive and bucking. The robust vernacular is not so audacious in Australia, has great backing vocals, never offends, & is always complimented by great finger food & eye candy.

The fact of the matter is that you’re sucking wheat grass bits off your flash ivories telling me I’d say what I like about this Business Coaching because it’s free and there’s a 10K travel bag at the gold end. Well you’re wrong, get some floss.

We are actuating enormous changes in the business. This morning celebrated our first big bad payer hitting us with remittance advice 36 minutes after they received the ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED UPON PAYMENT pro forma. Last time we supplied them they paid in 90, following woeful anxt. No question this time, no further accounts receivable drama.

Previously we obeyed a pathetic small business externalised fear consciousness whereby we considered our 600 clients as a mass who somehow all knew we were obliged to kowtow in every way to do it their way and give them all the credit they wanted. Doh. They’re actually singular clients who respect us and enjoy our products and service etc so therefore why not charge upfront like everyone else in the printing industry. That’s only a little change with massive implications for our immediate & LT future. Pocket money.

What about cloning our best customer in the same week Austrade Warsaw is kicking off our Service Proposal for the Jtagz European Market research & Export Market Development Grants.

Chutzpah, (or hukpa in Polish), it’s on tap & my shout!

Jowsey, getting clients to pay upfront was a good move. Glad to hear the first remittance came through (and from one of your clients who were slow to pay in the past!). Keep up the good work with customer service.
