Its been several months now since the whirlwind experience of Yes Coach and I have now had time to look back and digest the experience. RAW has without a doubt changed enormously as a result of the coaching; and so have I. The coaching enabled me to look at the business in manageable chunks rather than trying to do everything at once. We are now in a steady position and are growing as expected. I must say though, I am feeling some post coaching blues. I miss the regular catch ups and the motivating weekly sessions that kept me focussed. A great coach is not just a great guide they are also a great listener and I have realised this type of sounding board is something I need in business. As small business owners we are pretty much on our own a lot of the time. It doesn’t have to be that way though. For anyone who feels they need some support – a coach is the way to go.
