'YES' COACH EPISODE 4

It's time for our plumbers to get some new customers in the pipeline.

Peter visits our third and final business, O'Toole Plumbing, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Jason, Anthony and his partner Rachelle are excited by the gains they've made from coaching so far. They talk Peter through some of their systems, including a simple checklist that's helped dramatically cut down the number of tools they lose on site. Then it's time to get stuck into the main issue: marketing. Like most small businesses, O'Toole Plumbing rely on word-of-mouth for most of their business. But Peter talks them through a few simple, practical ways of getting more of the right customers for their business.
