Peter welcomes the audience to the show, then we hear from each of our contestants as they arrive at the event. None of them can believe the gains they've made over the course of the show. Peter welcomes them all to the stage, then introduces them to our Head Coach (and the woman who has changed their life), Lesley-Ann. We hear from Phil Offer, Marketing Director of Optus Small and Medium Business, who congratulates each of the contestants - and their families. Finally, it's time to announce a winner, and the result may surprise you…
'Yes' Coach Episode 5

It's our final episode, and Peter is at Optus headquarters in Sydney for the gala closing ceremony. The contestants arrive in their limousines and we hear from each of them on the amazing improvements they've made. Peter welcomes each of them to the stage, then announces a surprise guest: Lesley-Ann, the Head Coach and the woman who has been with them every step of their journey. We then hear from Phil Offer, Marketing Director for Optus Small & Medium Business, who congratulates them all on their dedication before announcing the winner of Optus 'yes' Coach 2008 - and the $10,000 holiday.
'Yes' Coach Episode 4

Peter Switzer is on the Northern Beaches of Sydney to visit the team from O'Toole Plumbing: Jason, Anthony and his partner Rachelle. We're nearing the end of the coaching program, and we hear from all three of them on their progress so far. They've learned a lot, particularly about systems. Peter and LA catch up by webcam, and LA says that O'Toole have made great progress. They agree that it's time for them to focus on their marketing. Peter visits their workplace and they get down to business. Peter shares a handful of useful, practical tips for marketing their business - something most tradies never do. The team agree that they could easily use the ideas and commit to doing so. And with the systems they have in place already, the new customers are bound to be satisfied ones.

Peter Switzer is in Yeppoon to visit our Paul and Mel Jowsey from Jtagz. We hear from Jowsey himself on his progress so far. He says he now realises retirement in 5 years was, to some extent, a fantasy. Peter and LA catch up by webcam, and LA says that Jowsey has come a long way but really needs to develop a consistent management style to help separate himself from the business. Peter discusses with Mel and Jowsey how to get the business running as a separate entity, covering 5 key points along the way. Mel and Jowsey realise there's a lot of work to do, but they have a much clearer sense of direction - and retirement may be achievable after all.

Peter Switzer is in Brisbane to visit Sarah Hillier. We hear from Sarah and her husband Tom about the challenges in coaching so far. Peter discusses Sarah's progress with Lesley Ann, and they determine that cash flow is her biggest issue. Peter meets Sarah to work through her cash flow problems, uncovering 5 key actions she can take.
