INTRODUCTION

Total Hazard Solutions started out in December 2007, specialising in OHS/HSE, Emergency Management and Business Continuity. They offer nationally accredited training, consulting, emergency exercise facilitation and specialised labour hire of fire officers, safety officers and confined space safety personnel.

THE CHALLENGE

Two words – cash flow. Month by month, cash flow is up and down! And with the partners in different locations, keeping communication open and easy is essential.

THE SOLUTION

A two-day review of our business at the end of the financial year gave us a good insight into what we were doing and why and what it actually costs to run the business. Well worth it!

The business has improved and experienced huge growth, the team has at the same time realised that they can't be everything to everyone.

THE BUSINESS BENEFITS

We currently use Optus for mobile and wireless internet. Whilst we're still working through some issues, the customer service has been overall pretty good.

Luke Dam, founding partner says; "With products such as SmartFleet we've been able to link up all our phones so as we can talk as long as required, whenever. Without it, I'd be afraid to see what the bills would be and wireless broadband has been a blessing in disguise when we need to urgently send documents either between each other or to clients."
